I designed the end-to-end purchase and redemption experience for AAdvantage Gift Cards — American Airlines' first standalone digital gift card platform. Launched March 2026 at aadvantagegiftcards.com.
I led product design from card selection through checkout, built mobile-responsive flows optimized for conversion, and created the redemption UX guiding recipients through AAdvantage signup. The platform streamlines miles-to-gift-card conversion while driving program enrollment.
